Last summer, I bought several products for my van at Pivot: rear door racks, a storage box and a spare tire rack. The service is personalized, communication is quick, and you can really tell that customer satisfaction is their priority. The products are of exceptional quality, the assembly instructions are clear and easy to follow, and the installation assistance is fast and efficient. The prices are very competitive despite the excellent quality. I am someone who values quality and I don't hesitate to pay a little more for better products. Here, I am really delighted with my purchases. I plan to add more options this year, and I already know that my experience will be just as excellent. 5 stars without hesitation!

Solid rack with a clean design

The Safari Roof Rack looks great on my Sprinter and feels well designed. Installation was straightforward, and I love how clean and functional the setup is. Perfect for carrying extra gear on road trips without compromising the look of the van. Definitely a great addition to any Sprinter build!

Impeccable service and high-quality products.
I placed two orders with Van d'ici and the experience was excellent in every way.

Delivery was fast, efficient, and perfectly executed.
The products are high quality, meet expectations, and you can clearly see the expertise behind what is offered. Customer service is respectful, professional, and well-structured, you are taken care of without any friction or wasted time.

A serious company that I recommend.

I received excellent service from the employees at Pivot. They are quick and efficient when it comes to ordering all the van life products needed for a conversion.

In addition, their aluminum products are of higher quality than what is available on the market. Their roof racks, ladders, and rear supports are designed to be durable and versatile, as well as very attractive!

Thank you for your work.
