Shipping times vary by location. Typically, domestic orders arrive within 5-7 business days, while international orders may take 10-15 business days. You'll receive tracking information once shipped.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods. Choose your preferred option at checkout for a smooth transaction
What's the return policy?
What's the return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Restocking fee: 20%
Restocking fee: 35% (if the product has been opened and used and we have to resell it as "used"), subject to approval by Van d'ici inc.
Original shipping fees: Non-refundable as they were paid directly to the shipping company.
Return shipping fees: Paid by the customer
Return instructions:
Request a return authorization: To request a return authorization, simply reply to the email of your original invoice with a return authorization request. You must indicate the reason for requesting the return of the item and specify whether you have opened the product packaging and/or used the product.
Other items not permitted for return:
- No returns are allowed on toilets, unless they are new and sealed by the manufacturer.
- No returns are allowed on wheels or tires.
- No returns are allowed on clearance, sale, or discontinued products.
- No returns are allowed on GPS products, in accordance with the manufacturer's policies.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact the issuing company of your credit card, as it may take some time for the official display of your refund.
Then, contact your bank. The display of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at gabriel@vandici.ca.
The shipping costs related to the return of your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the delivery time for your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a shipping tracking service and insuring your shipment because it remains your property until it is delivered.
