The DETOUR WAYPOINT M26 Awning is designed for camper vans and travel trailers. Featuring a black extruded aluminum housing, gray water-repellent patterned fabric, and reinforced articulated arms with dual steel cables, this awning is built to be durable, easy to install, and made to last for many seasons.
It can be wall-mounted on the vehicle’s flat side surface or installed on a roof rack, like ours, without drilling into the roof. Full installation takes between 30 and 60 minutes, with hardware and instructions included. Available in 3 lengths to fit the main van platforms on the market: Sprinter, Transit, and ProMaster.
The housing includes a drip-moulding seal that acts like a gutter, diverting water before it reaches the fabric. The front rail locks automatically every time the awning is closed. The M26 Awning is designed to maintain precise closure over time. The multi-layer fabric is flame-retardant, UV-treated, and easy to clean with water and mild soap. The arms maintain constant fabric tension up to 32 kg — no center sagging, even after hours of use.
